The Head Office
The warehouse being a multilevel building totalling 5000 square meters of floor space, which includes 2000 cubic meters of refrigeration space and housing bonded, technical and provision each on the excusive floors. The operations and administrative departments are equipped with the latest computer equipment and procedural systems to expedite enquiries and provide a efficient service delivery.

Standard of Delivery
Deliveries can be effected in port and off port limits. Our specialised variety trucks and vans are open, closed and refrigerated. Contract launch and helicopter services can be arranged on request. Clearing and Forwarding
Our own clearing and forwarding department handles ship spares and other cargo to and from ships and to other ports. The use of a fully integrated computer system makes Hermes a leader in this field.
Richards Bay
Richards Bay's deep-water infrastructure and specialised high capacity cargo handling facilities makes this port an attractive port of call for ship owners and charterers worldwide, ensuring a fast turnaround time of vessels. Located approximately 170km northwest of Durban, supplies are sent from our Durban warehouse. Our resident representatives offer our clients arriving in this port quality customer service. Supplies to the port of Richards bay is at no extra charge.
Cape Town Branch
Situated at Africa's southernmost point where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet, this port is of major economic and geographical importance. The Cape Town branch, situated in Paardeneiland, offers the same services as Durban. Paul Phocas and his experienced team service our clients needs with dedication and efficiency. Supplies to Saldanha Bay are also sent from the Cape Town branch.
